What You’ll Do

As a Technical / Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting both customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Support: Respond to technical inquiries via phone and email with clear, accurate, and timely information
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell while following up on leads to help convert inquiries into sales
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the Sales Manager and R&D team to support product strategy and research for new offerings
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and communicate product feedback or issues to engineering
  • Account Management: Process returns and maintain strong customer relationships, even in challenging situations

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with automotive brake systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general internet use
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced environments

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a phone-based customer support role
  • A genuine interest in classic cars or prior experience in the automotive industry
