Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Global Horizons Enterprises LLC dba LEED Brakes ("LEED Brakes," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at www.leedbrakes.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, and Returns Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Site is operated from the United States. We make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions. Those who access the Site from outside the United States do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. Products & Orders

All product listings on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

Fitment responsibility. LEED Brakes products are designed for specific vehicle applications. It is your responsibility to verify fitment before placing an order. Product listings include fitment notes, axle housing flange dimensions, and compatibility details — please review them carefully. LEED Brakes is not responsible for orders placed for incorrect vehicle applications.

Order acceptance. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is accepted. We may cancel orders at any time before shipment if a product is found to be mispriced, unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.

Dealer purchases. Products purchased from an authorized LEED Brakes dealer are subject to that dealer's terms and conditions. Warranty and return requests for dealer purchases must be directed to the dealer first.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, duties, or shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit cards and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize us to charge the full order amount.

In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and notify you. You will not be charged for a cancelled order, and any amounts already collected will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from our facility in Cheektowaga, New York. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. LEED Brakes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your shipment arrives damaged, you must note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us within 15 days of receipt. Shortages or discrepancies must also be reported within 15 days of receipt.

Freight charges are non-refundable except in cases where LEED Brakes made an error in fulfillment.

5. Returns & Warranty

Return window. New, uninstalled, and unaltered products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, credit, or exchange. Products that have been installed, cut, scratched, painted, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. Returns of discontinued or obsolete products are not accepted.

RMA required. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) obtained in advance from LEED Brakes. Products returned without an RMA will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Restocking fee. Returns initiated more than 30 days after the original shipment date may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Return shipping. Return shipping charges must be prepaid unless other arrangements have been made and approved in writing before shipment. Unauthorized freight charges will be charged back to the customer.

Warranty. LEED Brakes products are backed by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage is limited to product replacement or repair at LEED Brakes' discretion. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, racing or competition use, or normal wear and tear. Products outside the warranty period may be accepted for chargeable repair if available. Full warranty terms are available at our Warranty Information page.

6. Safety & Installation

Brake system components are critical safety items. Improper installation can result in brake failure, serious injury, or death. By purchasing LEED Brakes products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Installation should be performed by a qualified automotive technician with experience in brake systems.
• You are responsible for verifying that all components are properly installed and functioning before operating the vehicle.
• LEED Brakes is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from improper installation or misuse of our products.
• Always verify fitment dimensions and compatibility before installation. Refer to product documentation and installation instructions included with each kit.
• Technical support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST at 1-716-852-2139 or via the Tech Center.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, product photographs, logos, graphics, videos, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Global Horizons Enterprises LLC dba LEED Brakes or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

The LEED Brakes name and logo are trademarks of Global Horizons Enterprises LLC. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information in any order, account registration, or communication.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Site without our written permission.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
• Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Using the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.
• Reselling LEED Brakes products purchased through the Site without authorization as a dealer.

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these provisions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you in full.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEED BRAKES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Horizons Enterprises LLC dba LEED Brakes, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including but not limited to any improper installation or use of LEED Brakes products.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
