Standard Kit
Add rear disc brakes to your Jeep with our drum-to-disc conversion. Includes everything needed to mount single-piston disc brakes on the rear axle. Components are new, high-quality, and zinc-plated to resist corrosion. The large 54mm piston and semi-metallic pads deliver strong clamping force. The heavy-duty parking-brake caliper works with most stock and aftermarket parking-brake cables.
Note: Not compatible with factory ABS sensors.
MaxGrip XDS Rotors & Braided Hoses
Upgrade to MaxGrip XDS rotors plus stainless-steel braided hoses. XDS rotors are drilled and slotted for better cooling and gas evacuation, with an OEM-style zinc coating for corrosion resistance. Braided hoses add durability against debris on the trail.
MaxGrip XDS Rotors, Braided Hoses & Red Calipers
Includes red powder-coated calipers, MaxGrip XDS rotors, and stainless-steel braided hoses. Rotors provide cooling and gas dissipation; zinc coating resists corrosion. Braided hoses increase protection; red calipers add corrosion resistance and a finished look.
MaxGrip XDS Rotors, Braided Hoses & Black Calipers
Includes black powder-coated calipers, MaxGrip XDS rotors, and stainless-steel braided hoses. Performance and protection upgrades mirror the red-caliper kit, finished in black powder coat.

LEED Brakes rear disc brake conversion kits for Jeep Dana 35, Dana 44, and Chrysler 8-1/4 axles are designed to bolt directly to the axle housing with no modifications. Each kit includes precision-machined caliper brackets and spacers with zinc plating for corrosion resistance. Calipers feature a 54mm single piston with an integral parking brake; every caliper is pressure-tested after assembly. All hardware and instructions are included for an easy install.
Will my stock master cylinder work with this kit?
In most cases, yes. Because Jeeps are frequently modified (wheels/tires, axles, added weight, etc.), pedal feel can vary. If needed, our tech team can recommend master cylinders that pair well with your setup.
Will my stock proportioning valve / distribution block work with this kit?
Yes. The included instructions outline a simple procedure to make the stock valve/distribution/ABS block work with rear discs.
