I'd bought a power brake booster from a Mustang reproduction parts house claiming there's was a 'perfect fit,' but it was anything but (booster thickness too much, diameter was all wrong, and the firewall mounting holes did NOT line up at all). I found GPS Automotive after some intense searching and bought one immediately... and I was NOT disappointed. It's everything it says it is - a direct replacement for the original 9" power brake booster on my 1971 Mach 1. It fit perfectly and looks absolutely factory installed. I've had the car on the road for a few years now and it's never given me any problems whatsoever. I've also been so pleased with it that I've recommended all of my buddies at 7173 Mustangs.com look to one of these units as a replacement, rather than have their car down for months while a big box auto parts store sends their core out for rebuilding. Couldn't be any happier with this product!

My brother and I were replacing my brakes on my '71 Mustang Coupe and despite his best effort broke one of the bolts on my original brake booster. Had to overnight this one to get it back on the road and boy was it worth it! This one is slightly smaller than the original but has all the hardware and correct fittings as the old one. Brakes are better now and I'm happy Leed was able to get it to me so quickly.
