Technical / Sales Representative

Are you energized by classic cars and the inner workings of brake systems? We are looking for a Technical / Sales Representative to join LEED Brakes growing team! The Technical /Sales Representative will provide strategic support to customers by answering technical questions and providing solutions to technical problems. You will be responsible for growing established accounts through knowledgeable advice and ensuring every customer receives superior service. Driven to help our customers find the perfect brake solutions for their vintage rides.

Customer Support: Answer technical inquiries via phone and email with accurate, timely, and professional information.

Sales Growth: Maximize profit by providing cross-sale or up-sale options and following up on inquiries to close potential sales.

Product Development: Work with the Sales Manager and R&D team to participate in product strategy and research for new emerging products.

Technical Documentation: Clearly document customer conversations and relay any product issues or defects to the engineering team.

Account Management: Process customer returns and maintain loyalty even when dealing with difficult situations.
Qualifications

High School Degree or GED required
-
2 years of experience specifically working with automotive brakes

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet navigation.

Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure or stressful environments.
Preferred Experience:
-
At least 1 year of experience in a phone-based customer support role.

A genuine interest in classic cars or previous experience within the automotive industry.
